How to Make a Reservation

Step By Step Instructions on how to make a reservation at Boston Paintball!

PLEASE READ: You are agreeing that you did when you click Book Now!!!

1) Please make sure you have selected the correct facility - as we have both an Indoor Playing Field located in Everett Ma and an Outdoor Playing Field located in Maynard / Sudbury Ma. The Indoor Fields Web Site is Gray and Red and the Outdoor Fields Web Site is Green and Brown. Please make sure you are booking the correct facility by noting which web site you are on.

The information listed below - on this page - is for the INDOOR FIELD IN EVERETT ONLY.

2) Be sure of the date and time you are looking to play! The Indoor field is open 7 days a week BUT there are some restrictions:

a) we only take groups of 5 or less after 3pm Monday - Friday.

b) Groups with 6 or more may walk in at anytime HOWEVER we cannot guarantee that there will not be a wait time or that we will have enough equipment for your entire group to play. By making an advance reservation (at least 24 hrs ahead) you can avoid any problems!

Same day "reservations" are not guaranteed and group package rates are not available the day of.

3) Get an approximate number of players in mind before you try to make a reservation. There are group rates available for groups of 10 or more and these option will be available to you when you go to make your reservation but they are NOT available the day of!

4) Players as well as spectators must be at least 10 years old to fill out an insurance waiver and register as either a player or a spectator. What this means is that no one under the age of 10 is allowed to play paintball OR enter any part of the building that requires a waiver to be filled out, which is anywhere beyond the main entrance or the pro-shop. It is much easier to leave little ones behind if at all possible.

5) There are 3 different reservation forms

A) Standard Reservation: (STRONGLY SUGGESTED for groups of 6 or more ANYTIME you are looking to play and only guaranteed when made at least 24 hours in advance)

This is a great option for groups who just want to guarantee that when they show up they will have time and equipment waiting for them! A $10 “deposit” per player will secure your reservation. This type of reservation is NOT PRIVATE

How it works: Your card is NOT charged in advance BUT - If a group has 4 or more players missing from the original number of players booked for, they will be charged on arrival the fee of $10 per person missing starting with #4. If a group arrives with 4 or more players than they originally booked for without 24 hour advance notice – ALL players over the original number booked for are subject to a wait time. Groups may be asked to send over a second form if they are adding a large number of additional players.

B) Small Group Private Game: This type of reservation is a pre-paid package rate for a group of up to 10 players - it includes "private" games, equipment rental (marker, mask, air) for those needing rentals, and all day air for those who have their own. It includes 2000 paintballs for the group and either 2 large cheese pizzas and 2 Two-liters of soda OR 2500 paintballs (so in other words, you have the choice of an extra 500 paintballs instead of pizza and soda - which you can decide on the day of) Additional players may pay the day of for the regular rental / self-equipped rates per player. Rate is $349.99 and is discounted $50 when group plays Monday - Thursday (any time) and Fridays before 3pm. Package Rate honored when reservation/ payment is made at least 48 hours in advance.

Private games mean: that when your group takes the field, they will be the only players playing at that time. There is a possibility that other groups are booked during the same time period, and you will be taking turns on the field. Each groups is allowed a maximum of 4 "spectator" passes for people with the group who may not be playing. Weekend times are limited and are booked as "sessions". Saturday sessions include: 10am - 1pm / 1pm - 4pm / 4pm - 7pm and Sunday Sessions include: 10am - 1pm / 1pm - 4pm / 3pm - 6pm.

C) Large Group Private Game: This type of reservation is a pre-paid group rate for up to 25 players - it includes "private" scheduled to play on our main playing field. The rate of $1125.00 covers the first 25 players you may have, it covers equipment (marker, mask, air) for those needing rentals, and all day air for those who have their own. It includes 500 paintballs per player. Additional players may pay the day of for the regular rental / self-equipped rates per player. Package Rate honored when reservation / payment is made at least 48 hours in advance.

We always do our best to accommodate any players / groups that do not make a guaranteed advance reservation (at least 24 hours prior) but it is not always possible which is why we STRONGLY suggest that groups with 6 or more plan accordingly - ANYTIME you plan on coming in to play. Weekends, holidays and rainy days are our busiest times and what works for you may not work for us depending on what we already have going on. We want your group outing to go as smooth as possible, and with a little planning it can.

If you are booking less than 48 hours in advance - please call during regular business hours to confirm that we have received your reservation. Prepaid packages are NOT guaranteed inside of 48 hours.
